Johanne brings patience, organization, and a strong client-focused mindset to every case she supports, helping ensure clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
Johanne was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and moved to Central Florida at the age of eight, growing up in the Clermont area. Her early experiences helped shape a strong work ethic and a deep connection to the community she now proudly serves.

Johanne spent several years working in the real estate title industry before becoming a real estate paralegal, where she developed strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach. Today, she brings that experience to her work as a probate paralegal, supporting clients and the legal team with organization, care, and dedication.

Her years in customer service taught her that patience, attentiveness, and thoughtfulness go a long way when helping others navigate important life matters. Outside of the office, Johanne enjoys her love of exploring, and spending time with her teenage son and black flat-coated retriever, Obi Juan.
